I was really amazed to see the speed of their servers. They had guaranteed me 99.9% server up time, but i must say they have been up 100% time. Theur support is also very good, i have no complains. |

| Decent pricing, support can be quick and good. However they are not good at blocking outgoing spam, and have been listed by major spam-busting sites (like spam assassin) which means your customers might not be getting your email. They lost a hardware item in a mail sever, causing two days of no mail while they rebuilt a scavenged web server to fill in. One week later there are still mail issues- Occasionally refuses to accept POP or SMTP sessions. |

| Uptime seems very good over the last several years...better than others I know who are using This company. Been undergoing a move with their servers but they keep everyone informed via e-mail about any changes. It is clear they communicate well and want everything working seamlessly, and so far, it has. Cost seems pretty fair. Customer support over the phone has been very good and I don't recall any waiting. The people I talked to on several occasions were patient and knowledgable and took time to walk me through any questions or technical things I needed to know. I was very satisfied with their responses. Overall, we have been pretty happy. |

| I've been with this company for 5 years, and during this time the level or service has gone stedily down. I wont be with them in a couple of months. Service is terrible - any problems, they blame on the user, and we have been threatened by their tech support for pointing out that THEY were the cause of a problem (threatened in that they said if we continued the complint they would delete all our data, without allowing us to retrieve it first). The mail server fails regularly, it happens so often now I dont bother reporting it unless its for more than a day. This was once a good company - now, I would recommend almost anyone instead of these people. |

| I do not have a ton of traffic on my sites with your-site but I really do use email. I have finally had it with the unreliability of thier mail servers. Despite the move to a new data center it did nothing for reliability. My email has been down for 3 days and I operate sites for realtors which has put me in a very bad situation. The ammount of spam ir horrible and they do not even know how to block IP ranges from the email spammers. Bottom line is that price is not everything. For me I'll gladly pay more for reliability (especially email). |

| The first sign of trouble was when I called their 800 number and the woman told me yourserving has not been a client of theirs in months. So they have no phone support. I emailed them. They did get back to me right away, but wait keep reading. I had a problem transferring my files. Buyer Beware - they suck! |

| On par with most other start up hosting companies. Small outfix using cpanel for the backend (though you can get other backend panels upon request). Uptime and reliability seem to be excellent but i can not give you a long term opinion. Extremely fast performance so far. Backend includes scripts and webalizer for stats. For what they offer, its excellent though its not as rebust as other hosts like This company etc etc. I would definitely recommend them as a secondary or to have a seperate Class C to spread your sites over but if your starting out and dont have a clue what your doing they not be the host for you. |

But I had to switch over since their domains and hosting was a bit more pricier than other companies who offered the same. Plus the plan I had only covered 1 domain. | Let me just say one thing up front: THEIR SUPPORT SUCKS! It takes FOREVER to get a response, IF you get a response AT ALL! They don't have their 1-800 number readily available to members either! The only reason why I have it is because they included it in an e-mail I got about my billing changes about 2 years back! I am VERY disappointed! | Served me and my company(s) for more than 4 years now. We have never had our site down, have never had any problem that couldn't be resolved, their technical staff are well informed (but their sales staff are garbage), they have excellent communication via email and phone support, and they have a lot of options for the professional. I currently upload my site using Publisher 2003 Pro with ftp, have more than 5,000 .xls (Excel) files to support my site, and have never had any problems. They are a bit "higher" priced compared to other "discount" hosting services (but you do get what you pay for). I don't mind paying the extra 2 or 3 dollar difference per month because I know that when a visitor goes to my site, it will be there. Another draw back is their file-size limit: if you have files larger than 5MB, forget it -- I work around this issue by having a free file server with a seperate company that has a 250MB file size limit (that's a big file), and hyperlink to that external file. Still, I recommend their hosting for small and medium sized business. |

| Customer support compared to others is horrible. You have to go through a series of voice menus on the telephone to get a person. Support pages sometimes do not give you the answers you are looking for unless you go through several different searches. Reliabilty as far as servers is great! The pricing is double what others offer. BUT their customer support is frustrating to the average joe who wants to do personal pages. |

| I work for a small business, and we recently decided to switch over our e-commerce website from another host which was failing at good customer support and had issues with the server being down frequently. These guys never cease to amaze me with how much worse they are than our former host. The technical support is absolutely impossible to contact, I have never in the 4 months we've had yahoo, received a reply to any help emails I have submitted. Each time I have had to call to try to speak to a person which has been nearly an hour wait on hold every single time. And even better, they never seem to have any solutions to give me. Apparently if you're site is internally developed and not created using the Yahoo tools or Merchant site with their own shopping cart, you're site is not supported. This final last time after not hearing a response for weeks, I was told that yahoo may not be a good option for our business. There has also been several times in these few months where the server is inexplicably down and after the hour wait to get in touch with a person, suddenly its working again - only to go down again by the end of the day. |

| Their downtime is outrageous. It was starting to become 1 out of every 3 days. Which is bad enough, but they never told customers AND even when I asked them about the downtime, they just ignored my emails! Even though they did reply to other emails. It's as if they just swept the problem under the carpet. Do not go with them. Another general note, budget hosting like this is not usually worth it in the long run, certainly for commercial sites. You lose more money through the downtime. They can initially be very helpful, but customer service in regard to downtime is non-existant, they'll just ignore you! Choose any other hosting company! |

I however must say the this, their prices and plans are the best in the industry, I first thought they were an overselling cheap host but just after a few days I can see that this is trully a premium quality host. | A truly awful host! I've been with them 2 weeks. A few days after signing up, I tried to use Fantastico, but cpanel said it was disabled. I went into "live" chat to ask, and waited about 15 minutes. I never got through to anyone, and by that time it had fixed itself. The next day I needed a CNAME changed on my domain for Google Apps. I again went into lie chat - 10 minutes, no operator. I sent an email to heir support email address detailing my request - I'm still waiting for a reply, and that was well over a week ago. |

I made a mistake when signing up which slowed down getting my account but I put in a ticket to get it fixed and had my account info 2 minutes after it was fixed. (I put in the wrong phone number and they do checks to make sure it's a real number). I've had downtime once for like 5 minutes. But that was to upgrade CPanel which is nice. The live chat support if friendly. I've used it twice for stupid mistakes and they still handled it professionally. I'll be using this company for some time to come. |

| I have been with this company for several months now, and have overall found them to be an excellent provider. Uptime has been near perfect, aside from a single major outage (which was not the host's fault, but instead a problem with the datacenter). Via the forum, information to users is provided and updated regularly. The customer service also seems to be quite good, although I have had little need for it thus far. This host do not seem to oversell their service, which is quite nice. The only problem Ive had is that the speeds are a bit on the slow side, although not excessively so. The pricing of plans is quite fair considering the service provided, and, thus far, I am very happy with my hosting. Also, there are many coupons that can be found online that can reduce the cost of hosting with this company. |

| One year ago when I purchased my hosting package, this company was excellent in helping me get started. Their support was excellent, and their service was absolutely outstanding. One year later, their service has remained strong, with their uptime extremely high. I have not noticed speed differences in my website, or any down time for that matter. Although support is still great, sometimes I feel their not that useful and I often need to reply multiple times to a ticket. I'd rather a company be proactive and instead of outlining what the problem is - go ahead and briefly explain how I can fix it (which is exactly how they were a year ago). |

| I have been with this company since 06 so I assume since their 05 problems they definatelly did major uodates, as I read below how terrible they were. I ma dedicated server with them, no problems at all. If I need anyting they have live 24 hours chat so I can chat at any time I want. Disadvantage: They have their own control panel so it was little difficult to adjust. But on the other hand, no hacker attacks. Also adding more domains on your curent hosting package is limited and of course their dedicated prices are high. Advanatage: Great suport and so far I had no downtime in any way. |

| This company used to be great, but then I decided to participate in their beta upgrade program. Now they erroneously show in their files that I am at 152% disk use capacity when I'm at around 50% (which one of their techs confirmed). However, instead of helping to fix the program, one of their sales rep tried to get me to sign up for a more expensive plan--and then he changed my ticket to "resolved"--yes, telling me that I should upgrade my plan helps resolve my problem. I am switching soon. |

| I host and maintain a site there. I use MivaMerchant to sell CDs. I have been there 3 or 4 years now. OK the price is not the best around. I stay there because it's all set up and I don't want to go through the hassle of moving it. That said, I had to call tech help to set up MivaMerchant and they really helped me. No complaints, up and running and selling. I don't really like MiveMerchant- there's not enough customization and what there is is hard to do; it looks "old" and sort of feels old, but it does the job. The site is up and stays up. Just static HTML + javascript so there you go. They host your pages. They answer emails and the phone. They are not *shady* in any sense of the word. That's about it; nothing to complain about. |

| You will notice that the old reviews are positive. They used to be a great host, but in recent times have changed. My site speed has rapidly declined as they over sell their bandwidth. Every attempt to fix the issue was riddled with excuses and the worst thing is if you read their policies, NO REFUNDS. So even though their service has declined you don't get your money back!
